I am currently using just 250mcg preworkout for a boost during my contest prep. It has helped me keep my strength up and given me great recomp. I am also running tren a with it. I have gone up as high as 1.5mg when it is my only source of tren. My body temp rockets at that point and it aggravates my prostate a lot. Insomnia is real I don't sleep more then 90-120 min straight without waking up. And I wake up alert.

What else are you running beside the tren?...any 19-nors?
