This has happened to me before too. Its from a faulty needle. The one I used was not a luer lock but the new type that springs the needle closed. I think this type may have an issue with oil slipping passed the plunger.

I would not re do the shot but wait if you have particular doctors so your trt test is on the lower end not upper. If you have been on for a while your level should not change too much from one 1/2cc of test.
