Anybody have lots of experience with igf? I know my way around it but I've got some questions for an expert, specifically about using it to treat an injury in a female, dosages, site specific injects etc...

Here's what I got. My wife is 36 in good shape, former gymnast, bout 8 yrs ago her horse threw her and she fucked up her lower back, directly on top of her hip where it meets her lower back. Did doctors, therapy yada yada, it got tolerable, then worse, back and forth etc. I'm considering hitting the area with igf to try to jump start things. Where I'm unsure is dosage, frequency, for a female, and also just how accurate to the location of the actual injury I need to hit to be effective. Also, they hit her with a few cortisone shots so I'm worried that fucked up surrounding muscle and connective tissues. I've used igf on cycle, but never to pinpoint an injury like this. Any info you got is much appreciated. Thanks

I would do gh more than igf but most of all I would go try prp, it’s known to work! Tons of success with it, I had a good friend get it done to his shoulder and he was in the gym pressing in 4 weeks rather than 6 months with surgery. Gh is more of a healer than igf1

What is prp? I have shoulder impingement hurt like hell. Did cortisone that helped a ton for two months. Can't have surgery till next spring

Platelet-rich plasma therapy. Insurance won’t cover it but it’s a game changer

Ok I have heard of that. Something about they draw your blood and spin out the platelets to reinject at a much higher rate right? Makes a lot of sense. Would you go with both platelets and gh or just keep it simple?

Roc pointed me in the right direction for sure. Anybody with significant injuries should def look into this, the data behind it that I've found is really promising. Not a lot of data afa being used in conjunction with gh but that's to be expected and I'm thinking that done properly the two would make an unbelievable combo.

If it was me I would do both, I have two close friends who had this done in media pa. From a well known doctor, it’s very new but the sports world is eating it up, Peyton Manning did prp and I’m sure gh was used as well cause he was done then came back and won the super bowl. I’m not getting into a football rant I’m just stating facts. My two friends are back branching over 400 and it’s been 8 months, no surgery would allow this. I’d pay the 1500.00 for a month down instead of being down for a year

Brother you can rant about football all ya want, I'm a former D1 LB so I eat it up. They used to inject us with all kinds of shit in college..always said it was "vitamins" lol. Magically we would be all healed up in a weeks time. I 100% agree with you on the extra cost vs time down..imo surgery always needs to be a last resort.
