I pretty much stay on at least test never below 400mgs pw year round but if you decided to run something for good at least till old old, what would you take and what doses? I'm long terming but when I reach my place where I'm satisfied and as I get older want to maintain muscle when the time comes I think test e or cyp @ 400-500mgs pw and gh@ 4iu ed . Just starting to realize I've been at it for a good while and want to focus on health as well as some know this sport isn't always the healthiest. So when it comes to that time what would you guys stay on,why,and what doses just curious.
