That's a bold statement, but if it all ties together then it's true... I target my weak areas and have made good progress, but I'd never say I just have one weak area just because I know my desired proportions/weight. Confidence is solid as the Rock of Gibraltar bro. That's a good and bad thing in the muscle business. However that's just me I'm not too humble a guy, but I am never satisfied with my physique.
I could eat a whole cow right now all cod and eggs diet fucking blows.
