Hey All,
Would appreciate some help here. I've only cycled once 15 years ago (I'm 34 now) with a stack of Test C 250/Deca 300. Was a great cycle. In the past 7 years I've figured out how to much more effectively train and diet. I am happy with my physique now but there is definitely an imbalance between my legs (smaller) and my upper body. Took me until a year and a half ago or so to finally get that mind to muscle connection I was missing. So I'm very excited to start up this next cycle with my new skill sets.
Long story short, the goal is to bring up the wheels to the upper body's speed.
I am going to run a 12 week cycle. When I purchased my Test E, AIs, HCG and Nolva, the sponsor threw in some freebies: (10) 1ml Test Prop-100 and (10) 1ml EQ-200.
I'm trying to chart out my dosages over the 12 weeks and am excited about the extras but they weren't in my original plan. How would you incorporate them and in what weeks?
