How much protein can the body process in one sitting?

This is one of those times where more at one sitting is not always better.
Not necessarily bro. I like to think of it like gear. You eat the steak, that's like a decoanate ester, eat the chicken and that's the enanthate and you eat some fish, that's phenylpropionate, and some whey is gonna be your prop or acetate. Then you got those expensive supplements like hydrolized whey or bcaas and those are like no ester.

point being, let's smash them all lol.

If your body can only process so much protein at once....Well never-mind that's just so ridiculous I can't process it.

It's not so Much what your body can process in terms of protein, it's How much an individual can "Assimilate",

Well it disappears obviously! Everyone knows the body works on the clock and the Gregorian calendar. As soon as time limit hits it's gone.

I lose respect for "doctors" that use generalized statistics based on HIGHLY variable personal, physiological and genetic factors and use it as an absolute measuring tool for the masses.

Forget the use of supps, vitamins, probiotics or even aas to promote protein synthesis... this dip shit doesnt even factor in individual genetics.

TRUTH: Your body has a threshold of protein synthesis per meal

FALLACY: Shaquille O'Neal can only synthesize the same amount of protein per meal upon training as Danny DeVito.
