Besides getting laid, eating is definitely one of my favorite things to do. Especially around the Holidays. And I don't count calories, carbs, protein.... nothing. Just eat.
But I also like to train a little harder since I'm eating so much. Kinda gives me a little more motivation in the gym. And I'll train on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
What about you guys....
Business as usual?
Take the time off?
Eat and train a little harder to make up for the surplus of food we're consuming?

Really the only time of the year when I don't give a shit about what I eat. I still train also on the holidays, just maybe a little earlier
