gonna switch to 23 gauge or 22 if that's all they carry but today went in other glute and heated it up ...prob wont know till tomorrow or possibly after but so far so good...took extremely hot shower then heated syringe (full of 1ml) in hot water under faucet with cap on keeping pointed up letting watre rub away from capped pin the injected and jumped back in fo few more min...

the vial? id rather not,,,the 1ml inside syringe got nice and hot just from the hot water and seemed to feel little better and moved a bit easier though i def gotta pick some bigger gauges up tomorrow...some people will say im crazy but ive had crashed gear before and heated it up in boiling water and even coffe pot but had shit results from them all 3x...def could been gear but i really dont like to heat it up to much...i feel like if its slightly heated and a gauge that flows through without having to get a forearm workout pushing it in, it may be a lot better from now on and if not ill just dilute it i guess....on side note week 3 end and im seeing changes already...no placebo up 6-7 lbs and looking harder plus just pulled a near 5rm 5 days after charity dead event where i stopped 100lbs short of expected lift as I had PIP and knot i glut that creeped up to lower back and could not barely get down to bar,,, So squat day few days after quad shot legs would bend so pulled 610X4 fairly easily 605x5 being last 5rm...and again 5 days after deads...then did leg press and hacks but not to deep as I felt like I had been stabbed in leg and shits till swolen,,,,, Agin love the mix but id rather it be half the mg and just use more CC's lol...Few more times and ill figure out wat route to go...glt shot from today still fine...see how morning goes!!! gotta dead AND squat!!!

Sterile oil is the way to go. I only use high milligram test. test400 or test500 if I can get it. Been cutting it with sterile oil for the last 12 years I have not had pip since 2005.
