who out ranks who senior member or veteran? How do you get promoted to next level? What is the pay scale? Most importantly who are newbies most afraid of senior member or veteran?

Only D RED can give out veteran status, doesn’t matter how many posts you have. If you haven’t been around the boards for a long long time then you probably won’t ever get veteran status. Afraid isn’t a very good term, I would say it’s more of a respect thing to the guys who have been around gear a long time and know what they are doing when on it.

Morning Brother...!, Yeah, I saw this & just didn't know how to answer, I was going to say perhaps involvement, or how long here & such combined with list count etc. , But then I was also inclined to say I don't think there is a ranking so-to-speak, but there are diff statuses on most of our AVI /Sig's..

Posts will move your status up, to senior member. To become a vet/Mod etc, you will have to be assigned and granted these titles by another mod or the administrator. It is a process, and usually someone has to vouch for you, establish a reputation, provide sound quality advise and earn the trust and respect of members.
