does anyone get terrible hiccups /spasms from AAS? SPECIFically from orals but sometimes inj also {tren}. seriously they nlast for days off and on to the point had to drop the oral which was Abomb and superdrol. also had acid reflux symptoms. how can this be avoided and still take orals. if anyone has any experience or remedies greatly appreciated. i found the only waqy to get them to stop temporarily was to put a finger down my throat to gag and disrupt the rythme of the spasms. eventually they come back. it start with tickle in throat then bam full on hiccup spasms like 10-15 in a row 20 second break then over again.

Yep...! "Used" to get em "Both" at the same time.
Terrible, I've had hiccups for 30- hours with minimal breaks and Acid reflux in top of it.
It's been awhile, (knock on wood ).
But I think I attributed them.both to , well orals "and" Muscle Milk RTD ...? I believe, the powder in the tubs , don't really bother me but I found something in the RTD was either adding to it or git it going in the first place.
Or exacerbate's it when they come on..
I've had the two, after eating a solid meal & then suffering , trying to get ahold of myself & calm down.
If an onlooker were to see me in my agony, I think that they would've thought I was having a Heart attack. Seriously..
That bad..., I'd say maybe Inj Orals if you think this is what may be causing it.
Some say Cider Vinegar.. regularly

I've had the hiccup thing happen once, but unfortunately I don't have any advice on how to stop it. Lasted 24 hours straight. It was terrible. I also get GERD from tren. I was taking Tums until they stopped working, then ranitidine until it stopped working, and then omeprazole, which helped. Reflux went away after stopping tren. Sometimes I'll get it if I try to run any oral above var. I just take it as my warning to back off. That's one reason I love primo. No sides, but great gains.

I get burpes, gas pains, indigestion and bad from tren ace!!!
I don't get it with anything else just tren!!
I get painful gas bloat to the point I can move.
When it happens I stop a few days.
Normally it happens when not regular at #2!!
Tren is progestin which affects bile emptying of stomach!!
Orals can cause bile build up backup from liver!
Basically symptoms of gallbladder issues can occur!!!
Know guys diagnosed with helibactor plyri
And given meds and it don't clear till they stop tren..
If u having it from orals it's similar except it's flow from liver impaired!!!
I never had this issue till past 2 years. If my diet in check with correct fiber, healthy fats basically a diet to help gall issues it's not as bad but hard with kids... I am thinking my gut and gallbladder getting bad....

I have noticed diet helps best.
Anti-acids bad!!! They do nothing but create less acid!!!
The issue is bile emptying and bile backup from tren or orals impairing liver!! Acid not the problem!! With bile backup there is no room for acids. Fatty meals that are harder for bile to take care if make it worse!!

i had my liver checked and levels were good. it feel like my meals arent digesting properly. feel bloated till hiccups go away. superdrol was the worst. never had tren issuses til last cycle. hopefully 4 months of 200mg test a week nopthing else gets everything back in order til mid january cycle

Let me take a look at what needs to be looked at for bile... it's not alt or ast!!!
These enzymes always good for me too...
Bile flow is affected by anabolic androgenic steroids... Mostly orals!
But progestins strong selective ones like tren impair bile filling into stomach then emptying...
Also a "bad gut" or gallbladder issues usually not diagnosed until gall stones occur!!
What can happen is just certain meals can create havoc on gallbladder impaired functions and all will be well with liver and blood work.... it takes backup for long periods to cause Cholitisis and jaundice for example...
So as said the issue is will bile doesn't mean your liver will yet show enzyme issues on labs either...
Clean diet, eat more fiber, DO NOT USE ANTI-ACIDS... YET!!! Use apple cider viniger the right ratio, with honey and blueberry!!! Get biles cleared and pipes cleaned.... everytime this happens to me I have hard stool and not as regular and not properly hydrated.... nothing to do with water intake, but balanced minerals and electrolytes instead!!! I have searched boards for this and found the things I have stated and it's only certain guys not all with these issues.. plus I never had it up until around 2 years ago.. it gets to point I can't drink a red bull.
I just stopped tren other day with a break 1x for week between for it to subside then I finished last vial open up!!
In women the issue has been studied during mentral cycle during bloat phase and it's due to rise in progestin hormones before bleed!! They cause excess bile due to slow emptying from stomach. Gas pain, bloat and reflux occur...
All in all the second we start an oral like Anadrol or Superdrol out liver becomes impaired, it doesn't mean it's suffering yet but bile flow will change.... some more than others!!!!
I get it with tren not orals myself!!

Get some Cabar and relieve the progestin build up from Nandrolones!!! Also I heard Proviron doing it to some guys but I use it always myself it's just tren with me..
Also prolactin will increase more without estro control I would start Cabar 0.5mg 2x wk with a large dose of adex 1mg then 0.5mg 2-3x wk or 2.5mg letro followed by 0.5mg adex as needed!!
I used a letro other day and was good I already had Cabar UGL in mix.
There is a selective receptor drug for prolactin/dopamine that lowers dopamine for those symptoms!!! Don't use it please but it's called "Metoclopramide" always good to see what drugs treat and get better understanding of what's going on...

This may sound stupid, but if you do it correctly it works.
When you have hiccups or spasms, you need to over expand your lungs and diaphram to get the balance back. When you hiccup, immediately take in the deepest breath you can and then force air into your lungs by swallwowing (it will hurt a bit). Now hold the breath as long as you can (just about the time you start feeling dizzy). Let the breath out very slowly, hiccups should be gone. You have to do all of this in between hiccups so know that before you start or it won't work at all.

Adrol can activate estro and prolactin especially if estro not controlled!! Reason some bloat on Adrol!!!
Mechanism of action unknown but Adrol can be estrogenic even there is no conversion. Take that with 19Nors long enough for build of and u got a combo that will cause estro and prolactin....
Bile reflux is the deal with Anabolic Steroids especially these. So anti-acids only help to a degree!!!!
Don't mean to be know it all, BUT passing on what I learned and I have searched high and low and read study's... a good thing would be estro sensitive test that works with Nandrolone's and prolactin, these bloods can rule out....
Bile emptying slow from stomach is the issue...

Bile flow from orals needs to be cleared and TUDCA does that.
I got carried away with progestin/prolactin bile bottlenecking.
But with all C17A orals bile need help clearing..

Got these crazy hiccups two years ago. Turns out I had 5 ulcers in my esophagus. The ulcers were so sever the doctor said they were only 2 weeks away from ripping a hole in my throat and killing me.

Bile = NO room for acids
Anti acids = food not digesting efficient
In traditional treating non anabolic steroid people ANTI acids appropriate
But not with these cases...

Know a guy, when we were like 18, I am 43... he got some Haldol said they were like Xanax.... I said no thanks!!! Ended up bringing him to ER for hiccups and jaw lock!! Lmao!! Dummy. They gave him promethazine (phenergen) and something else...
He just played dumb like he didn't know what was going on!!
