help/tips on planning cycle

Hi 30 yrs old 180 lbs. low body fat pct (don't have exact but ill post a pic). I have done 10 week cycles of sust 250, and test 250. I see great results from just 500 mg of test a week but am looking to branch out and try new things. I'd like to hit about 195 and be somewhat more dense/hard. I have really nice genetic predisposition to build lean defined muscle with nice striations but a test only cycle usually has me a little soft by the end of it.
So basically I was leaning a couple different ways and any input I can get would be greatly appreciated on the subject.
I was looking at goin for 18 weeks
week1-16
test e/sust 250mg a week (thoughts on whether or not I should go to 500 or if sust would be a better option? I see better strength gains and intensity from sust and usually prefer it but I grow like a weed on test e.
week 17-18
test prop 100mg? EOD ( thoughts on whether this is a good way to taper of test? I didn't really want to run a long ester test for the full 18 weeks cause like I said I usually get a little soft by the end of ten weeks and I'm trying to stay hard. But I wasn't sure if I should just take it completely out or use prop for final two weeks, and if so how much?
week 1-18
EQ 600 mg a week ( should I split this up and do 300 mg on two separate days or just do it all at once at beginning of week? I' always been of the school of thought that splitting it up was better but I'm open to suggestions)

Masterone E??? this is where I really want some advice. Is this a good idea? Will it actually help in keeping gains hard and aesthetically pleasing? How many mgs per wk and in what weeks should I be doing it? Is there something else that I can do that might achieve these same goals but is a better option, and if so for what reasons?

Also should I throw in an oral like t-bol for the first 6 weeks? I like d-bol and have used in past in combination with test but it was the one and only time I've ever had sides from AAS and had to up my AI to combat it. So id preferably would like to stay away from it seeing as how there are so many other options. Thanks for any input I can get and if there is any questions I can answer that could possibly help in you giving me a better answer please feel free to ask. Also does mast or eq require any other ancillaries other than the AI ill be taking for the test and will my pct need any other med other than nolva.
 
Since you have only done sust/test lets try this next cycle with adding in on nother compound. I lthink EQ is perfect. The test/eq will add quality lean gains, exactly what you're looking for.

I would do 300mg 2x weekly. This should be plenty of EQ for you first go at it, but don't be afraid to push the dose later in the cycle. EQ really shines 800-1000mg weekly for me. Plan to run the cycle about 16 weeks and enjoy!

Also, I see no reason why you can't throw tbol in the there for a kickstart ;)
 
Definitely test c or e , no susta , if you want to get lean add some Anavar , not for kickstart add at las 4 werks of your cycle for kickstRt you can use test P

I like test C better it works for me better. But like already said only add one compound at a time . EQ is a great compound at 600mgs a week but I would run it 20 weeks . But if u really want a lean bulk I'd run npp 300 to 400 mgs a week and on the back end winny at 50mgs everyday for 4 to 6 weeks . all this is just in my opinion of course .

I concur. NPP is excellent for quality lean mass gains. I run it in nearly all my cycles. Awesome hormone.

I haven't used c but I have an extra bottle laying around and really hear some nice things so I think I am gonna give it a try. Also npp was the other compound I was looking at along with eq and was curious about lets say I did this cycle would it look something like this?
NPP 100mg EOD weeks 1-6
Test Prop 50mg EOD weeks 1-6

should this be 50 or 100
Winny 50mg ED
for how long? and what weeks on the back end
because this is definitely the other cycle I was interested in but I had never thought to add winny.
 
Weeks 12-16 on a 16 week cycle . I'd run the rest at 100mg eod.Hope this answer ur question .
 
Only 6 week cycle ?
how long do you think I should go? I've seen varying comments on how long you should run these short esters. I'd prefer to go longer all the time cause I don't have a bunch of money to be buying multiple six week cycles but how many weeks can/should I go?
 
Id run long ester to start with weeks 1-6 then short esters weeks 6-12 . But u will be wasting the eq like that .
Do Deca and test c to start and test p and npp to end . Then run ur winny the last 4 weeks ed.
 
When changing from long ester to short ester just wait 3 days after last pin and start short esters .
 
Ok that makes even more sense and I can get behind that! I appreciate all the help. Really have given me a lot more to go off of. I will eventually post a log and let you all know everything else so I can get even more input on other aspects of my training and diet. Thanks for all the help super glad to be a part of HCU!
