Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself here to all after lurking around a few different forums looking for a home. The last forum I was regular on was OLM, but stopped visiting after some major issues they went through back in around 2010. I joined the BOP boards as well but left me still searching. I've learned so much good information (and a ton of bro science/opinions) over the years and the forums have been the best place for this information. I've been training for 17 years now, minus 3 years that I took off to recover from injuries/stress and other issues but did not start to feel better until I started moving again.
I am 6ft and was a lean 205 before I took time off. I ballooned up to 260 without doing anything physical and finally couldn't take it any longer because I was so disgusted and sick of myself. 6 months later and I dropped down to 200 while putting on some lean mass. Still not nearly as strong or cut as when I was on gear but that is of course to be expected. I get a better vibe here than I do from other boards so I hope that continues to mostly be true, although, an entertaining troll here and there can be quite amusing under the proper forum
I'm hoping to start a log for my next cycle as it will be my first in 7 years! I feel like a virgin all over again
