What’s a good supplement to use to keep yourself lubricated with healthy joints? Fish oil doesn’t seem to have Benifit’s as they are now saying it really doesn’t do anything. Any advice ?

Omega’s usually do the trick but I’ll ask, do you do joint therapy when u take a break from the gear? High rep stuff and blood volume training helps recoup.

Type 2 collagen, 40mg per day is all you need. Shown to help rebuild collagen. 2-3 grams of omega 3s, not fish oil altogether, but omega 3 content. Curcumin - life extension super bio curcumin at 400mg am/pm should help a lot and has many other benefits. Also simply being properly hydrated will go a long way as well!

arthrolyze from species nutrition really helps my joints, its by far the best joint supplement that I have taken.

Exactly what this man said.. Only thing I'd add is make sure your curcumin has black pepper extract in it for better absorbtion, and consider adding astaxanthin. It's highly effective at reducing inflammation in joints and really good for nerve pain.

Thanks man. Life extensions superbio curcumin is supposed to be gtg on its own and for a smaller dose. One 400mg cap twice a day compared to much more for others, and if going that route your absolutely correct on adding the bioperine in...
Another curcumin that is supposed to be much more bio available is Meriva. I’ve always went with life extension and see a lot of relief from just one 400mg cap.
