Calipers are a great way too moniter progress as they will show consistent changes in composition but the calculations are way off I wouldn't ever use the number they always tell me I'm far leaner than I am . even dexa scans and hydrostatic weighing aren't accurate. The mirror is the ticket too he'll with the number.
