This place is awesome! I am new here but I have been around a while on another board. But in general I am pretty new to forums and how this one works so please bear with me. I am 32 years old, 5'11, 185lbs. I have been working out since 20 but I have taken it alot more serious over the past 5 years. I look forward to learning from you guys and helping wherever I can. You won't find a better spot there are some real stand up brothers here . Most of the boards have an adgenda this is a totally different atmosphere . The guy running the place D red is all about the members and at the first scent of scam he is banning mother fuckers before they no what happened . its awesome
