I even already eaten twice since 3:30 this morning (rotisserie chicken with boiled potatoes,. Broccoli with peanut butter on em' (raw broccoli ) carrot sticks ,then this morning when I got up rest of potatoes fried ,. With 5 scrambled eggs , a bowl of rice crispy, with Chex & syrup drizzled on , Natural Whole milk, and a double scooped protein shake,. Bout to go make another shake in a sec, ,then I'll hold off til mom & pops later for din din.

But I'll have some stand-by food .

Swear I have a tapeworm....Lol.. must be the EQ & Hard ass Training..
