Well, I finally finished off the left over food and dessert and while it was fucking great eating past 3 days I honestly feel like utter shit right now, sluggish as all hell, no energy, gonna do a long ass hike with my dog tomorrow morning to get my system moving. I love good food but I just can't slam it down like I used to. Hope everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving though, Xmas will be here before we know it.

Ate a shit load but kept it all within my dietary (macro) balance; turkey meat smothered in loads of grass fed butter, along with some grass fed cheese, about a 1/4 cup only of green beans, and one little slice of cranberry as a sweet treat! Only gained 3/4 of a lb from thanksgiving morning to the day after.
