Gyno

So I've had gyno in both nipples for over 5 years now, originally induced by H-drol with no anti-e or PCT. I've had it under control for the most part...I know I need it surgically removed to get rid of it entirely. It's usually just puffiness at this point, but you can feel lumps underneath.

I'm on test and deca right now with 1mg adex ed. My gyno has become more pronounced and sore to the touch. I have nolva but have read conflicting info regarding nolva and deca run together.

Thoughts?

Also, has anyone here ever had the gyno surgery?

Have you ever tried to zero out your estrogen with letro?? Have you gotten blood work to see what ur level is at?? Running Adex Ed should take care of it, are you sure you have real adex

I haven't tried running high letro.

I THINK the adex is real, lol...

Get it cut out. I had mine done over a decade ago. Never once have regretted that decision.

How bad was recovery? Out for very long?

First month no training cardio or anything (sex included that could raise heart rate).

At 6 weeks post op I started lifting light and normal lifestyle meaning sex and loading trucks.

I've never had a flare up since. At times on tren mild sensitivity but that was it.

Edit - also wanted to note my doc did not remove the entire gland BC he said it could result in a concave area around my nipples...while I wish tren didn't give my nips sensitivity Ive been happy with the outcome for a decade now

Why nothing that could raise heart rate?

Just post op instructions?? Not sure man. I did have to wear a bra like device to hold everything in real tight that I couldn't remove for 6 weeks.

At the end of the day its an elective cosmetic procedure.

No shit? You really had to wear that apparatus for 6 weeks, lol?

Do they remove a fair amount of tissue other than the glands?

Ya something like 80cc of fat/gyno whatever you wanna call it on the right side and I think around 50cc on the other...

And ya man I did wear it 24 hrs a day lol...in the shower and every where lol

Best description I can use would be like a super tight sports bra lol

Edit - I'd have to double check on the 80/50/cc numbers but I believe those to be right

Nolva is fine as your Gyno is most likely estrogen related. Deca usually doesn’t spike prolactin too hard until closer to the end of your cycle and you also have previous history of estrogen induced gyno from the sounds of things. 10mg nolva eod should help you out a ton and adding letro into the mix could possibly shrink your gyno even further.

Thanks Yates. Yea I just found some old letro I had in a drawer and am starting it ASAP.

My gyno is normally barely noticable...its ridiculous all of a sudden and super embarrassing.

I think I'm going to get it cut out soon...just don't feel like forking over the dough, lol.

I can’t wait to get mine cut out.

Recently had a random bad flare up from my trt dose of 150mg/week test c.

Saw my doctor and he examined me. Told me it was gyno but wants to confirm with an ultrasound.

I asked if the gyno would have to be surgically removed and he replied “most likely yes”

He also said insurance might cover it due to the procedure being preformed because sever pain in the area.

I have actually spoken to a Chemist at Merck who does research and development for them and he uses AAS himself. I picked his brain once, because I knew he would have unique insights that might be useful, and Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) came up in the discussion. He basically said that Nolvadex can cause some physiological responses that are counterproductive to Anabolism, but Nolvadex is not powerful enough to ever completely shut down your ability to gain mass while simultaneously taking Nolvadex to suppress gynacomastia growth. I’m not aware of any other adverse relationship between AAS use and Nolvadex other then this. If you would want more details, I can go back and re read our conversation and refamiliarize myself with what he said to set your mind at ease about taking Nolvadex while on Deca.

I used nolva with tren once...zero problem..zero prolactin sides ..but that’s me.

I’m extremely sensitive to estrogen ...I run nolva with every cycle..
Currently going through the process with my doc to get my gyno removed. Hopefully insurance covers it . Doc says there’s a chance

Will nolva eliminate pre-existing gyno?

When I am super lean like my avatar, it's not noticeable and i think i never had. I still can't really tell if it's just fat that holds there when i get a bit outta shape or if its "gyno".

I have tried all to get rid of gyno. If you have lumps that been there, they prob won’t go away surgery is needed. I am embarrassed about mine. They suck and hurt most of the time. It cost around $4500 here to get them removed. I don’t have that type of money.

If you have a history of gyno... Maybe the wise thing to do would not run wet compounds?

Leave your cycles at Low Dose Test + Primo/Masteron/Tren/DHB + Anavar/Winstrol/Tbol/Superdrol

You will prob look better that way, anyways.

I'll say this: the less cardio I do, the more out of shape I get, the worse my diet gets, and the higher the bodyfat: all seem to greatly impact how bad the sides are from AAS.
