Ok so I have a slight case of gyno have had it for several years. do not believe it is glandular as there is no hardness to it, just a fatty deposit under my left nip, that is slightly sensative. I have been looking at different reversal methods, and was wanting input from the vets here. Since it is minor surgery would be an absolute last resort.

Are you taking Deca or Tren? If so, I was on tren and got lump under left nipple, took Caber for a couple weeks and problem was solved.

im not on a cycle now, however it started when i was running a test deca tren cycle several years ago.

one reason why normally one is advised to not run test and tecaa same time- you need for them caber or bromo or parlodel. DID you ever get this from test only cycle when you first started? ( another reason for that too) I always run AI low during cycle- never do I go without. Most of the time I run novldex 10-20 all cycle as it is what is called site specific- where hits the receptors around the nipple

If you had for yeasr too could be just fatty and in addition to running AI etc, do some high rep sets for your chest, focus on rep speed ( slow ) hold contraction just to tone out more in that area- common prob for mny guya

It was probably caused by the deca tren combo, did you run caber?

Running both at the same time can cause a lot of progesterone. Typically they recommend to run 1 or the other instead of both at the same time.

I agree could be far as well, toning like ketsugo said will work or also lowering body fat as well

They say 19-nors like deca and tren inc prolactin and that is why you will get gyno even on NOLVA and will need caber/prami although I would think letro would do the job...There is some debate on the prolactin/gyno and real causes as to why and whether it's more related to E2 or something to that effect though I think MOST believe the former theory. I myself get terrible gyno on DECA or NPP but have never had issues on TREN...which is odd...when I did get gyno it was so bad I could see it through my tshirt!!! I used letro going up to 2.5 and back to (if I remember right) .25 eod till it was completely gone...It shrunk these HARD lumps to nothing... Now gyno is non existent but if i use deca it flares up quick...so caber or prami work... But I think you can try the letro protocol I do not remember the whole schedule of dosing but if you search it can be found fairly easy.

My two cents on this.. if its from a current cycle or a recent one you have a chance of reversal. If its one from years ago you might be SOL. I had developed a lump from not using AI's when taking pro hormones in high school, I read about the whole Letro reversal method and It didnt work, not to mention it was the worst experience ever, I opted for surgery. Gyno typically gets worse with body fat % so the best be would be to lean up.
