I only pin IGF IM in delts on shoulder delt days.
Or test suspension or winny.
My delts have so much scarr tissue from over the years.
It pops when I shove the pin thru the tissue. Lol!!!
Just thought of that reading, but my delts had it!!!

My first delt pin was a fiasco as needle came off stuck in my left delt because the base was cracked. Had some oil all over my shoulder but I got most of it in, so later my shoulder joint hurt because I apparently injected too deep so the oil went into the joint itself. Hurt like a fucker for a week!

I had that happen in my lat! Wife was pinning me and she freaked out cuz the needle was just there stuck in my lat and oil everywhere lol oh the lifestyle problems we face
