Man I mixed my igf-1 des with my hgh today and had the most ridiculous pump ever. In each arm I did 100mcg of des and 2 ius of hgh puretropin

I would do 1 scoop karbolyn mixed in with your preworkout and two scoops during your workout. Once you get it back popping then cut one scoop out from during and see if you maintain.

Maybe Just do a one or two day reload with just one scoop pre and one during? I'm one of the lucky ones who needs carbs all the time. When I competed back in 2005 I kept light wheat bread in my diet and also fat free skim milk in my shakes until one week out. Always trial and error and everyone is different.

Gotcha. Never dieted with dnp before. I wish I could get my ass back to the stage. If I can get my shit together by august I may shoot for October show in my area.

DNP is awesome for fat loss but you will be flat eat all the carbs you want you won't fill out just get hotter and sweat more . I can fill out with insulin but with any intensity its gone quickly . that's why I'm open to advice bit I coach too I know what I'm doing I left out the DNP factor there is staying full on it try and carb night before you will just sweat all night miserably and still wake up flat as aboard
