Looking thick guys, great job! Nice to see a board where there are bigger guys. It always tripped me out of some of the boards when some people would post pics & I would question why they were using anabolics before they even learned how to train properly.

shoulder work out. 41 years young, 5'10 210lbs. Not even dieting, tren and hgh just melts the fat off, it's like cheating.

Looking solid there brother...and I'm 53 but look quite young for my age. I'm hoping to get that solid look myself..will take more work and maybe a ride on the tren train

Looking good for 53 for sure bro. I just added in some mast a few weeks ago. My t3/t4 will be here this week. Time to diet and see how hard I can get before vacation in 7 weeks.
