Gut while on cycle

Newbie question guys. I'm on my first cycle,500mg week on week 7. And I've noticed my stomach is looking like a gut. Still see abs,,not as much as before. But not like all fatty. Is this normal? And I'm eating more so I know that does have some effect.

Are you taking an AI? It may be water retention from high estrogen
 
It very well may be just how much you are eating. I know the leaner I am the more I notice when I eat a lot. Really noticeable when I partake in my medical marijuana, then I can't stop eating.
 
I've got ai but think it might be no good. It came from someone who screwed over some people. But I didn't know until a week ago. So I'm questioning it now. Having some problems in the bedroom with performance. So that's what I'm useing as my hunch. Getting labs done when I can.

I gotta watch how often I work Abs.
I get protruding but it all is from my abs and I guess organ growth??
I do take hgh and igf!!
If I am low body fat I see abs more but have that bull head look always out on lower end.
If I am higher body fat belly muscle fullness will hide abs but push abdomen out!!

Really without knowing your body fat and seeing u. The culprit in abdomen bloat is normally sodium ions being re-absorbed from aldersterone which estrogen causes.

Do 3 things cut sodium, eat better diet and get estro in check. Well 4 increase potassium to block or balance sodium.
U need 5000mg potassium a day!!!
Are u getting that? If not doing these 4 things above.......

I simple fix is get reliable estro asap *AI*
Try it see what happens if ran get labs for every side i would be more screwed waiting on a lab!!
I guess u know sides and better I always have adex, letro, aromasin, and Nolva
Mostly cabar and Cialis
And mast plus proviron all on hand!!
Oh yeah and test base or suspension
Let's me know quick what is high or low with bedroom issues.

Dose of 75mg test suspension if all works like charm estro normally TOO LOW!!! especially if it works better after 6 hours

Dried apricots
Sweet potatoes

See if your diet is correct.

I see so many guys thinking their estro is TOO high and it's not really that high!!

Proper diet important balanced protien, carbs, fats good for maybe weight management but not health and balance.
A variety of foods needed with proper minerals.
Minerals should come from a healthy diet!!
Remember I mess with one mineral with a supplement like magnesium cause it says Heart health.... u may throw everything off!!

Iron balance also important with gear use. Hepiciden in liver inhibits iron absorbing.
Hepiciden inhibited by testosterone and most gear. Too much iron, OH BOY PHLEBOTOMY NEEDED AND OFTEN!!

I tend to bloat up when on even just test e. What are some good ideas to fight bloat? I looked like the Michelin Man by the 7th week...eek.

Hey bud so I try to answer another post of yours and I see you answered my question here ? So this is first cycle . Now I’ll give my opinion from 30 plus years bodybuilding and 15-20 years cycling . First your on good beginning dose of test . That should be only compound . Though you seemed to think from other post that you got bunk winny ? So is your cycle test only or are you using other compounds? How is it making you think winny was fake ? I say this respectfully as you are on decent but low dose . Many beginners think winny is fake as they sometimes take alone don’t realize alone it really don’t do much . Usually educated stack with test and like yourself test is the base of the cycle ! So bravo on that ! Cycle will usually increase appetite . Also steroids don’t make you huge forgive me if sounds condescending but even many veterans don’t understand that your eating habits and diet are the cornerstone of your progress . Even if you see 100 sponsors selling a so called “ cut mix” really no such thing . Many including myself gotten ultra shredded on dbol or anadrol precontest . But that’s another topic . You haven’t mentioned your eating habits . If you are eating a significant amount of more calories then yes some call that bulking up where you do gain muscle but fat depending on your ratio of foods and genetics may simultaneously increase fat . And yup your belly usually first place goes . If your really thin and desire to get freaky huge just make sure get plenty of protein and high quality carbohydrates. Also fatty acids are the building blocks of testosterone making sure most of mot all your fat intake comes from healthy fat sources ie olive oils, salmon or other cold water fish , avacado etc . Bodybuilding is learning how you need to fuel your body . If fat and water gain become too much then really consider your food sources lower sodium, limit flour and or sugar products . Also as beginner we usually recommend test only cycle to see how you respond . I can’t tell from your posts if it’s diet or genetics or lifestyle far as mood and stomach fat . However as beginner not used to test ( though all steroids are in some form a derivative of testosterone) you may need to control estrogen . Usually 500 mg test for 7 weeks isn’t enough to throw off estrogen test ratio but part of responsibility to yourself is doing all research having all compounds needed including AIs and getting labs done . If money is issue then you delay cycle until you can do these . You only get one body and while steroid dangers to me are over hyped in general public at same time they are powerful therefore we respect that by doing everything needed to cycle safely as you can . Labs are vital . Like we don’t know if maybe you naturally have an imbalance of something and using AAS will cause issues . Many times some issues can be corrected by another compound like arimadex or letro for estrogen . Do you take any other prescriptions? As some medication can I cause prolactin increase which is like a metabolite of estrogen and can cause issues with fat gain , libido etc. usually controls of estrogen will prevent but in some cases like even trenbolone or deca cause symptoms that are more quickly resolved using caber or bromo or parlodel etc etc . Forgive me but did I miss your age as that can also be factor young guys produce more test therbye maybe you do need strong aromatase inhibitor ( AI) where as me at 53 500 mg test is low . ( for me) . Do you play sports or do cardio ? Cardio can burn calories fat but in some can blunt test and if your taking test your natural productivity shuts down - why we take test during cycle as pretty much all shut it down to some extent. So bodybuilding is like being a scientist on yourself and all variables eating , training , other activities, rest , other medication all effect your body so you need to monitor and listen to your body . As a beginner I advise you to keep a diary Record everything you eat what time etc, how your moods are , energy levels and workouts. Then look back weekly see if there are correlation from variable to variable . You are your teacher . This is how you learn . No one can really teach you but you . Learn your body and how all these variables effect you
 
Hey ketsugo, I'm all over the place.lol no other compounds are being used with test. When I got the test. I wanted to get what i needed for next cycle to. Less things to ship and chances and all. This why i wanted the winny. But guys with experience at gym. Say it looks funny.
I do a lot of cardio to. But that is becoming harder as I get bigger. Went from jogging 4 miles to lucky if I get 1 3/4 miles nonstop. But I run 3 times a week and do gym cardio alot.along with the daily weight training. Maybe I'm down to 2 days running. Lol like I said, its taking a nose dive.
I try to eat clean. Lots of macros, no sugar, light bread, LOTS of meat! Cant get enough. Peanut butter, oatmeal, and such. No candys,cokes,or garbage. All bull foods and a lot of it.
