Hello all, just joining up looking for a good spot to interact with others, contribute and learn some things I might not elsewhere. Been a long standing member elsewhere and ran across some good bro's that have recommended I check Hardcore UG out. 45yo, 5' 9" @ 240 pounds and 14%, been lifting for 33 years and pinning and winning for last 10.
