Google Chrome and loading unsafe scripts

For you computer people out there, or HcU admin, I'm using Google Chrome and not getting the usual layout of the website as I originally was. I've got an icon in my URL bar indicating that this site is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources. HcU loads and displays just fine in Internet Explorer.
Anyone else getting this message in Chrome or having display issues?

I use google chrome and it loads fine for me and it is HTTPS certified.

If thats a setting within Chrome, then I don't believe so. I haven't changed any settings.

This is how it views in Chrome (I know I'm not signed in in this view, but it doesn't change when I do sign in)

This is how it should view

Notice the banner. In Chrome I don't have the tool bar that displays alerts, PMs, etc etc. Instead I have that grid on the top right. I click that and there are thumbnails for each. However if for example I click Profile, it brings me to a blank page. If others are using Chrome with no issues, obviously the problem is on my end, I just can't think of a reason this would happen all of a sudden. Was not an issue last night using the same device.

I see. My chrome looks the same exact until I log in to my account.
Which you know that already after reading some of your previous posts.
You can always do the uninstall and reinstall with chrome.
That would be the first thing I would do.

well screw me sideways. I was about to uninstall chrome and figure wtf, I'll try it one more time. I just happened to notice and click "full site" at the bottom of the screen in chrome and all is well. apparently I clicked the mobile version at some point since last night and didn't realize it. Well... FYI, if anyone else has this problem, check to see if youre running the mobile version.

lol.
I am on a laptop. somehow the mobile version of the site was coming up. In the mobile version of the website there was a link to the full site i didnt notice before. I also didnt notice the .com/mobile etc in the url address.

I mean just the "error" or indication that NoScript blocked it. Also had a problem with it loading mobile the other day, but that was the only time I had that problem with it loading mobile while I'm on PC.
