Starting 4 ius/day for fat loss and healing (shoulder injury). Also running 60 mcg off.
2 ius upon waking.
I lift around 7pm. Better to hit the GH pre workout and IGF post? Or GH AND IGF post? If post...what about my shake ( carbs protein and creatine)?
