I can't sleep in past 6:00....been doin' it for years. I get up at 5 on work days. Strength training and/or cardio first thing in the AM works best for me.

Sometimes you have to force yourself to do it....then after awhile it then becomes a habit.

You just gotta “want it”. I get up at 4 AM during the spring/summer months when I’m focused on cutting

Here it is the RoC way........ do u do this cause it’s your hobby or do you do this cause you wanna look good for 4 months out of the year?? This is my hobby, I eat, sleep, and shit this world, I read all day long and talk to the pros I know about everything and we talk about ideas. This for me is my everything, I love Bodybuilding, cars, and vacations, I don’t do this to look good for the assholes at the beach, I don’t do this for looks in the mall, I do this cause it’s only me making myself bigger, nobody can hold me back but myself, and when I’m not gaining weight or dialing in I can always answer my questions. It’s just like a pro baseball player they do it cause they love it, not cause they have to!!!

It’s just making a habit of it.
But there are some things you can do to make it easier so you can eventually make it a habit.
1) If you take Preworkout have it bedside ready to be mixed. Water bottle and Preworkout right next to ya.
2) Depending on what you wear to bed have the rest of the clothes you’re gonna work out in right next to the bed.
3) if you listen to music keep your headphones on your nightstand alongside your keys so you’re not worrying about scrambling around.
4) having those little containers that are labeled Monday-Sunday and putting all your AIs/orals/vitamins in there so you can take it upon rising.
As well as gear in the syringe.

They aren’t real big things but the main idea is to just have everything ready in the morning. It’s real easy for your mind to convince you “hey it’s not really worth it” when you’re tired and trying to find shit and think. So having it all ready you don’t have time to make an excuse.

While I agree with the above advice, there is something to consider when it comes to WHEN OR WHAT TIME a person exercises. Not all people are genetically the same when it comes to their chronobiology.
Some people naturally go to bed early and rise early while others feel best during the early evening and choose that time to workout. I think the more important thing is just being consistent whenever you choose.

Don’t get up early if you don’t want to. Sleep is important. If you want it bad enough, you will make time.

I’ve done cardio every way imaginable. Mornings, fasted, blah blah do this do that. An hour or so before I go to bed i do some low intensity cardio (40 minutes) everyday while watching some tv and no question this is when I see the best results. Not sure why this is really I can assume and bullshit all I want. All I know is, this is the way I respond best and what works for me doesn’t work for others. You gotta find a method that works for you and stick with it.

Lifting is around 10am 3 days a week and a evening session after work for one day. It’s hard having a family and keeping this lifestyle but we all do it. Sometimes I ask myself where this motivation comes from and I don’t have an answer. It’s just who I am and it’s always been there.

I get up daily at 3:30 AM (I beat the alarm normally, but I have it set just in case).

MON-FRI (no gym on weekends)

Gym at 5:15 AM
Weights for 45 - 60 mins. (1 BP per day).
Cardio - 20 mins.

Work/Supper/TV - Full day 'til around 7 PM.
Bed - 8 PM

Thing that sucks, hard to stay awake on weekends, got to load up on caffeine pills and red bull...

I like that schedule....I get early too...not that early...and go ta bed early as well.

Cardio at 3:15 am.....shower, make/eat breakfast, pack food for the day.

Work 7:15 am - 4:00 pm. Home around 5....make supper/eat.

Weights 7-8. Eat a little something, bed by 9. Do it all over again.....going to cut back cardio to 3X week to gain a little extra sleep.

The life.

Bro - all my life 2:30am awake . My hgh then breakfast then herbal teas and stims then short nap until 4:30am hit gym . Self discipline no matter what is what separates success from failure or mediocrity. Fact not opinion . If you want things bad enough you just do it !! Like Nike “ just do it !” . Age 12 to now age 52 even through spine hip arm surgery many times . I train around injuries plan my lay offs . Then upon getting home I got a hour nonstop fighting routine practicing moves from lifetime of 23 martial arts I’ve expertise . Weapons , body etc . Then shower and 8 hour job. After job I teach or train others 7 days week . Because training is the love of my life . You need to look inside yourself and ask why you do ? What you want and is this worth for you ? Find your own reasons why is the secret . never never ever do anyone have a proper answer for you . Only you see through your eyes feel your feelings etc etc . There will be times that you feel torture that’s normal . But if your path is meant to train you will find your way . Never give up never give in, never listen to so called and I hate this word “ bro science “ used by ignorant naive people. Be yourself teach yourself . Only you can . Share with others here the journey but the greatest warrior is the one who conquered himself ! Best of luck kick ass!
