Genetic limitations

When i was compitingWhen i was competing 176 was the heaviest i ever was, somewhere between 10-12% and then started dieting down for a show (light weigh class 155 1/4). one time i was 180 something but i was soft. This time around that i came back to cycling i really wanted to see how heavy i can get staying around 12%, this time i have more experience and more money to buy what i need. Well am 12 weeks into this 20 weeks cycle…i got up to 184, but i did not like it at all, after adding adex and masteron p and droping carbs just a little, am back to 176-178 but much better muscle quality, better form, i feel great tone. It seems though i just can not get heavier, well am 54…am probably facing my genetic limit. Have you ever felt like that?

When i was competing the heaviest i got was 176 at 10-12% and then 10-12 weeks out of a show start dieting down, make the weigh class( light weigh 155 1/4). i stopped cycling 8 years ago. i decided to start again ...am at the 2nd cycle: recently i was at 182 but i did not feel good, i felt soft and bloated ; am at 176 again, great shape, awesome vascularity...but i just can not get heavier. Did it happened to you? do you feel you have reached the top of your potential i can't go further?
 
Well complex carbs will make you grow bro!! Look at your diet, if it’s too clean and magazine copied you won’t grow!! You need to figure out what works, oats are a must, yams, red potatoes and pasta will put the weight on, don’t be afraid of complex, and crap food is your friend, ice cream, Oreos, sweets are needed in some to slow shit down trust me!! I’m 5’9 and come in at 252lb right now, I stopped 3 weeks ago, off everything to clean out, get blood work done, then jump back on heavy till November. When I’m off I still take gh, hcg till I go back on and do a complete liver detox, and I aware by it cause I blow the hell up and I aware it’s cause my inside are clean!!

In on your position, I would get blood work, and see how much are you really eating???? 5-6000 Cals a day should make u grow, throw the protein shakes away, lite the weight gainers on fire and eat! I mean eat every 2hrsat min!! You can answer all ur questions in this, eating enough, sleeping enough, killing it in the gym, or are u on the phone?? Nothing is impossible, trust me, I weighted 127lbs when I stepped in the gym, if you want it bad enough, u will get it!
 
Am 54, I did my first show when I was 18. Anyways you are a great deal of encouragement and positivism...I love that
