It sounds like your body has adapted. Change your workouts. Exercises, muscle group combinations, days of the week, sets, reps. I just changed gyms at the start of the year...I have to adapt to new equipment, dumbbells, yada yada yada

Def like I said eat more and when you think your eating enough KEEP EATING...No appetite? Add a liquid or small meal for a few days...Youll adapt and start getting hungry around those times...then add slighly more each week...Its just like bodybuilding but with food...Add small amounts each week and grow..LOL..Again Im hypocrite as my diet is often horrible but when I eat righ I blow up even when not on gear.... On tren well tha is odd as my last cycle I had a hefty dose of test and the tren had me strong as fk but I didnt gain any water weight and didnt gain much mass at all and it was my second highest dose of test ever and low dose tren... But most likely 99% your diet,,, Pick up some weight gain like Up YOur MASS by MHP for a couple months...Its not super high sugar junk like the old school gainers...Youll gain just adding a couple shakles a day guarentee

Ya I'm going to check out that gainer shake I can use one of those at least once a day.
 
Im by no means HUGE but since Im always lean and gained mass on small bone structure I look much bigger especially when wearing less clothing... I started at 135lbs and this was AFTER high school...Im about 210 now and have tried EVERY weight gainer out there MHP had much less clas but worked amazingly well for me... Protein blend helps you stay anabolic longer and carbs from barley oats ect.... Its expensive if you do two shakes a day but If you can afford it for 2 months ON top of a good diet 4 meals( if they are BIG) or 5-6 and 2 shakes MINIMUM and I bet youd gain OVER ten lbs without looking bloated or anything... When you first mentioned 3 meals I was ,like "OMG!!!! I would look like a concentration camp survivor if I ate only 3 meals a day" (my metabolism is super fast which is annoying when you wanna be HUGE)lol Good luck bro.... Maybe go to supplementsyndicate and see if they have it there and save some money

Look at your carbs, the more carbs that are high in fiber are gonna throw everything down. Orals will put a hurting on you too so you need to adjust, I find grits are a better carb source for being quick and storage, and will keep you eating threw the day more than rice or potatoes, I will always do my potatoes later in my meals to stay with me during sleep. Grits in the morning will keep you full of energy and are easy to eat and won't spike you like rice.

Ghrp is a great tool when ur using it to push the food in, I don't use it to do anything else but that, I am a post workout gh user and like it best at that time so the ghrp doesn't come into factor with my gh shot.

try messing around with your carbs, getting more grits in and using karbolyn more and take a break from the potatoes and see where you land.

Have you tried smoking a lil something. I know when I was real skinny trying to add on weight I would smoke a bowl and feast. But it could go terrible wrong and you end up sitting on the couch ordering Pizza Hut and eating chips watching Netflix all day

Fuck man I wish I could smoke so bad I get drug tested at work and I drive trucks a lot for what I do so I can get tested threw dot which is federal. I heard they're trying to find ways to test with in the time your at work now that it's going to be legal in Cali and is legal in other states. I mean it's only fair, why does everyone els get to smoke pot and not the hard working people.
 
One other thing you might consider is switching up your diet and protein sources. I don't have the science behind it but it seems like if I mix up my nutrients, carb and protein source it helps me break through

I like egg whites, oatmeal, banana, peanut butter and some stevia.
Between the banana and oatmeal you can get about a hundred grams of carbs and an easy 50 of protein with the egg and however much fat you want to add with the peanut butter. I can drink one of those when I'm not even the least bit hungry.

Gotta love the auto-banana, I didn't even add that lol

Mixing PB with banana = warrior's shake...cuz that's gross, but I can be a tad prissy when it comes to food.
