Fuck man I feel like I'm not growing for shit. I don't really have an appetite so it makes it even harder. I've been eating at least 3 meals a day some times 4 or 5 and I snack on shit between them too like protein bars etc. I also have a protein shake everyday after the gym but it's not a weight gainer one just a basic protein powder. Some days I'll even have a shake before the gym too but those are the days I only eat like 3 meals a day. I'm on 850mg of test e 850mg of deca and just added tren ace at 700mg Im also on hgh at 5ius a day and am also on t4 for the first time. I think the t4 and hgh might be a big factor. I'm just staying kind of lean, I mean I look full, it's not like I'm flat, it's just frustrating. I want something that will give me more af an appetite I was thinking of brewin up a bold blend of like 100 bold ace 100 bold cyp or just brewing up some bold ace at 150 and running it everyday. Everything I'm running I brewed myself, I got bloods and my test levels were where they should be. As for the deca my joints feel good, and as for the tren I'm getting all the sides; insamnia night sweats (like crazy) and aggression. I'm also on drol and dbol that I got from anny and capped myself and was running itt at 75mg of drol and 60mg of dbol but some days I only do 50/40. It's just frustrating. Do you guys have any advice?

IMO taking 850mg of test e and 850mg of deca and added tren ace at 700mg per week. plus gh... You should be a monster bro....

Give us some stats don't really have anything to go by except for the gear you are taking!

I don't know how long you have been on the tren but it suppresses you appetite... But need more information to really tell...

Also how long have you been on...time off??? Your receptors might be to saturated... Just my opinion...

I think you're running too much shit bro. Your running 2 19 Nors, any caber or prami? I say drop some doses or something completely bro.

I would add eq it will make u eat like a horse just make sure u have the cash for the food lol. Most think the gear cost more but if done right it's the food that cost . could also try adding a shake before bed .

I've been on this cycle for a minute now but started with a lab taking here test deca and mast at 1000 test 600 deca and 600 mast. I took that for like 10 weeks and wasn't really seeing anything other then just being a little fuller no joint relieve etc. so I dropped the mast and kept going with the deca for a little and upped it to 750 still wasn't getting what I wanted and had just started brewing myself and had brewed up some test from anny and deca from crazy so I said fuck it I'll just run my shit I bumped the deca up to 1000 for a little but because I just added tren ace in there about two weeks ago I said f it and am now running my test and deca at 1/2 cc ed and one full cc of tren ed which I brewed at 125mg/ml so it's actually higher then 700 a week but we'll call it 200mg/ml just in case the purity was low. I've been on gh now for over 5 months going back and forth between annys blues and puretropin, I actually just upped it to 5 from 4 recently and am running that 6 days a week. I would post a pic but don't have one in my phone so I'll grab one from the competition thread I just posted in the other week and post it on here in a second. I'm 27 5'9" and between 200-205, I got up to 220 on a cycle before and was hoping to blow up to 230 this time but I have gained 0 lbs on this cycle I blast and cruise giving myself about 8 weeks between blasts I've been on this weak ass cycle for probably about 16 weeks now and just finished one of my bottles of deca so I'll keep going with what I'm in for another couple bottles of deca and see what happens and might even brew up some form of bold preferably a faster acting one so it hits quicker.

Ya it's my first time running two 19nors but have heard great things about these two compounds run together. I never get prolactin issues or have had any so far fingers crossed. I was running caber but I believe it was messing with my igf numbers on bloods after discussing with a few people on here so I just stopped taking it and to be honest I really don't think I need it. I use to be a drug addict and am always on a good amount of gear so my body handles high doses pretty well. I wish I needed smaller doses trust me. That's why I started brewing myself because shits expensive haha

It's a shitty picture I look a lot bigger in person, especially with a pump. I'm actually a little leaner now for some reason. Maybe because the trens kicking in I know tren always gives me size so hopefully after a few more weeks I'll have gained a couple pounds
 
Maybe you are not fueling your growth... When i was trying to gain i would drink a massive shake every morning.

two scoops of iso 100
4 eggs
2 cups of oats
one cup of yogurt

Its hard to take down... but i made some incredible gains. Plus it knocks out like 2500-3000 cals to start the day!!!

Was does your training look like?

Are you lifting to grow... volume = mass

if you like strength and mass i have an awesome workout plans... just equals a long ass workout.

That vein if you right arm is massive... lol
 
Well I'm taking all my gh right in the am so I can't have carbs for an hour at least so I eat 7-8 eggs with low fat cheese and some times I'll even put some steak in there. Then about an hour after I get a little carbs in usually with a piece of fruit then a little after that I'll have a protein bar then a little after that I'll eat a meal depending on what I prepped for the week I always have lean ground beef Broccoli and brown rice and some type of chicken and carbs. Nothing weighed out and I don't count macros like I probably should. I get some type of carbs in before the gym too some times it's just a pb&j sandwich or tuna etc. then when I get home I'll have a protein shake and if I'm feeling hungry that day I'll eat a bowl of cereal to get some simple carbs in. Then a couple hours after that I eat dinner and some times i will have a shake before bed
 
I going to be pretty straight forward... Just be honest with yourself... Which is hard at times. Because i think we all do this from time to time. We say we are doing everything right... but really we are not. There might be moments when are game is spot on... Then there are moments when we are slacking extremely hard and just need to realize it and get back on track. Anyways good luck bro! or Sometimes a break is best as well.
 
You mentioned three meals a day... Bro even on the days your doing 4 or 5 you may wanna try keeping a food journal...Find what your taking in on average and increase it 500 cals a week till you start gaining... Im not one to talk...My diet is shit but I gain slowly off gear and make great strength gains...When I eat correctly my bodyweight shoots up like crazy and if I slack I lose it just as fast...
Really doubt it has anything to do with your gear intake but 100% diet and maybe training(you could be overtrained which I doubt considering the gear but with a lack of cals you can be spinning your wheels)
Oh and try 6-7 meals minimum...

Diet needs to be fixed brother no reason you shouldn't be growing on those doses.

With that much stuff in you it's got to be the diet or bunk gear. With 750mg-1g of sust I can cut and gain +-25lbs in 2-3 months depending on what I'm trying to do.

Ya I'm going to start eating more the only thing I'm worried about being fake or under dosed is the deca dbol and drol I got bloods to prove the test and the tren is kicking hard I'm just not bloated at all that's why I'm tripping out.

Hmm that's strange. Dbol bloats me like mf. Huge moon face. I don't use it anymore, it was nice when I was so skinny to look bigger fast from water weight mostly. With tren I can eat McDonald's all day and not get fat so maybe that's why.
