I’m having trouble processing this. This guy was a TRT user. Not an abuser. He was the pinnacle of health.
He didn’t deserve this.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, man. Nothing, not even family can replace what a great friend is in your life.

You have to realize genetics play a HUGE role in all this.

My friend's father was a vegetarian- never ate meat, never smoked, never drank, never used aas or rec drugs. Constantly did cleanses, fasts, etc. Great man.

Died at 63 of a random brain anyeurism.

I believe there is a lot of truth to suffering from abuse but I am believe in a quote I heard mark bell say, something along the lines finding the thing you love and letting it kill you. Basically he was saying everyone has passions, some may love fast cars, some partying, others food, others motorcycles etc. We love iron and the lifestyle and all made a choice. Doing things safely is always the best way, but even then there are always risks.

I often think of my little cousin who died at 21 from a brain tumor. Didn’t drink, no drugs nothing, good kid. when god decides, your time is your time. But all of that said it doesn’t make a loss hurt any less, not a bit!
