yes pretty much, and the reviews I read seem to be a mixed bag.

Thanks tiny! This is one I've never seen yet. I consider myself somewhat of a collector of anabolic literature so to say. Everything from Mick Hart to Author L. Rea to Duchaine I've downloaded. It seems like a decent read altho I'd never pay for it lol!
