Bought this yesterday for my girl but it really kicks ass. Makes 14 hard boiled eggs in minutes, no mess, no big pot, no waiting for boiled water, makes poached, soft boiled to. Great addition to my kitchen

does that work? I hate hard boiled egg they stink lol!! and I always prick my finger with the shells ! but its way more convenient

I’ve heard these are great..glad to see another endorsement. Xmas gift to myself

I like the way you think, thinking the same thing for myself.

Just looked em' up, there available at Kohl's, Penny's, Target, Amazon & I'm sure some of the Dollar Trees (Family Dollar I mean ) as they have a bunch of the small crock pots & broiler ovens & stuff like that.

Love me some poached eggs, (and HB ) warm still.with butter & mashed salt pepper g2G

Getting me one..., Question is.., shall I wrap it..?? Lol...

Can't be any worse than the men's locker room at the gym.

& The trick to peeling hard boiled eggs is (after there cooked properly ) , side note "Fresh Eggs " that haven't had enough time to allow some evaporation to the inside, in other words..if "too" fresh, their not going to peel right , they'll stick & become frustrating.

But eggs that are "cured" for lack of words & cooked right
Just peel em under cool running water & this isn't even always necessary, I crack em against the counter /table top & roll.em around with pressure all directions , then just
Peel em right off, at times I've had the whole shell intact & perfectly peeled, I love when that happens.

See I have that issue most of the time peeling I end up with les then half of the egg white from ripping the shell and taking the egg white with it lol!!! how do you guys feel about getting the egg white drinbk it hella exp taist goods but idk I feel like actually food well always be the best

Yep, eggs are "too" fresh...! Let them sit in fridge for a week or so b4 boiling.

And yes to egg white (liquid egg whites ) I buy a carton of sux pints , so a gal & a half ..?? / Per week use em' regularly in overnight oats, my shakes even add half a carton & the rest milk to a packet of Myoplex delicious.

Probably use a pint a day , or more but prefer real (whole ) eggs all or it, no tossing the yolks (that's half the protien & alot of very healthy fat ) contrary to what FDa & all the other "Armchair" know-it-all's would like you to believe.

Eggs are a "PERFECT" food choice all the Amino's if you leave the yolks intact.

I got one of those bastards that does 7 for like 8 bucks. Its the cats ass

I can't peel eggs for crap. The shells always stick. Even if they have been in the fridge a week. HoRRoRT - that smell is sulfur and it's from overcooking the eggs. I want to try that product where you crack the egg and cook it so you don't have to worry about peeling the eggs. I love hard "boiled" and Soft "boiled" eggs, but can't for the life of me peel an egg without the shell pulling the damn egg apart.

Oh now I want one myself! Peeling boiled eggs is a royal pain in the ass though lol.

Saw Walmart has the smaller version for 10 bux.

really so smell come from over cooked eggs?

Yeah, if your yolks have a greenish tint on the outside, that's over cooked. Plus they will have that sulfur smell.

Really they shouldn't be boiled at all. You should cover the eggs with cold water and then bring them to almost boiling, take them off the heat cover them and let them sit for 12-15 minutes. Then you "shock" them with cold water and run the cold water over the pot till they are ice cold. Let them sit a while in the cold water. You've got to experiment with the cooking time though.

Wrap it...you deserve it lol

The egg cooker comes with a piercer. You poke a hole in the top and then cook em. Then cold water after and easy to peel. Or after you boil em smack each one with a spoon before the cold water bath to make them peel easy.

Got me one or these "BadBoys" last eve @ Target, couldn't find em' last time I was in there Holiday shopping, but asked the gal stocking shelves, pulled it up on her phone, or some apparratus for the store, told me exactly which aisle, there were two left. $20.00 shoulda grabbed the other. But I'll wait & see how long this one holds up.

Used it this morning to do a dozen, done "perfect " by the time I got out of the shower.. , peeled a couple (peeled just right ) and the eggs were "perfect" as well.

They were at a Family Dollar store also, but one of the Ladies that works there , bought em' all as X~mas gifts
She was so impressed.

Very worthy $20 investment for sure .
