Every little bit helps when trying to lean out...

  • Celery.
  • Cucumbers.
  • Watermelon.
  • Strawberries.
  • Asparagus.
  • Artichoke.
  • Cabbage.
  • Carrots.

Any others you can think of?

Basically all the water-rich fruits and veggies have diuretic benefits so yeah vitamins and water, same old story but still a must

Yep, I'm taking cinnamon extract right now an hour or so before my high carb meals because of it's nutrient partitioning qualities....stuff is super cheap too

It's an extract...? Where do you get it, may have to include in my arsenal.., I just use cinnamon, but not certain if it has it, not for this reason tho,. Not now, I justime cinnamon, on toast, on my Oatmeal for sure, Cinnamon & a lil Honey, or Real Maple Syrup. Oh man .Look out can't wait for breakfast now...Lol, good for now tho, just finished some leftover Thai. Mild spice.
