Question here... Does anyone get food cravings while on cycle? And what? Whenever I run a cycle, I eat peanut butter like it's going outta style. Am I weird or is it a thing? Lol

Yes, it’s good if you’re disciplined and put the right food in you, although harder said than done. But the other side of the coin is sometimes I lose appetite with some orals or in the later stages of a cycle.

IMO cravings are not just a side effect(if you will) of cycling. Cravings are a part of everyday life. I DO believe that fighting the craving while cycling is more difficult due to the fact you don't want to give in and potentially risk some of your hard earned work. Especially if your running a low carb diet it could be difficult sometimes to restrain yourself from carbs because your body craves them for fuel. It takes much more discipline to stay on track while cycling IMO.

I eat what ever I want, always have, always will, the more crap I eat the leaner I get, but I also take a lot of gh

I've been known to grab (and scarrf ) a fee crispy cream donuts no on my way home, or Cannolis , cherry turnovers...

Barely affects the physique, infact at times it's much needed sugar (GH also ) & just gets my vaskey & fullness going in a short amt. Of time. Especially. When plenty of h2O is consumed.

I have a bad problem with waking up at night and eating whatever I can get my hands on. It’s terrible, I call it sleep eating. Most of the time I don’t remember, my wife tells me how I leave food out or how I ate a bunch of her peanut butter. Now she has to hide her snack food and goodies. It’s now becoming such a problem that I’ll wake up and the food is coming up my esophagus and choking on it is actually what wakes me up.

Ya, I was attributing it to eating cleaner and working harder. Was thinking body needs(wants) the fat. Idk...

Is this all the time or just on cycle?
