First favorite supplement.... GO!!!

Mine was Phosphagen HP by EAS. Koolaid and creatine pretty much lol!!!
Yep mine was this too. I loved it. Then I got a summer job working for Met-rx in the shipping and receiving department. They quickly became one my favorites and still is today.

I did like the original Met-Rx and EAS stuff as well, back in the MM2K days...

Now we're talking...! The Original Myoplex (Chocolate Cream ) is still around, and still good.

I get em' from SamsClub.

Greens powders. Any good quality brand Greens.
The quality micronutrients in them combined with a good AAS and GH (and particularly along with Slin) regimen, work excellent for growth and recovery, all around health. The difference they make with regular use, compared with not using them, has always been night and day difference for me.

Do you have a recommendation...? Brand..?

What form was this in...?? Tablet/capsule, or inject...?

I have some Inj. Mohn, VAR << it's called VAR (NOT Anavar ) as well as a few others from ALRI, if anyone remember's them..

Their still around , but just supps, like HumaPro, and a vcaa product I forget the name.

He had a book called Building the Perfect Beast
{ Author L. REA } never used the Inj stuff, other than burn Free 1 test which is low dose DHB that doesn't burn.

And some Inj Formestane with a Cortisol inhibitor in it too.

Just curious the results from Mohn..??

Hey MC,

I’ve typically used Amazing Grass brand Green Superfood. Another is Garden Of Life brand Perfect Food. Lately I’ve been going a bit budget with one I pick up at Walmart: Country Farms brand Super Greens (its certified organic). That one runs about $17-$18 for 20 servings.

Awesome, thanks I have a Walmart near me (who doesn't, Lol..), I'll give the cheap one a try here soon, I've sorta always been aware of super greens & some if the Super Food s that are touted, I eat my veggies , salads broccoli etc. Love em' all. I understand how some don't like/eat their veggies, texture, taste etc. I love em'.

Just never actually tried, nor incorporated greens (other than whole food greens) into my regimen.

But I think i will start.

Been doing CBD oils, Carbon 60 infused Olive oil, and Black oil {Blackseed oil } as well as occasionally deep sea fish oils.

Thanks for the info brother, will copy & pAste & look into the other ones too.

Good Bro, I can't recommend it enough. BBrs tend to focus almost exclusively on Macro-nutrients (Protein/Carbs/Fats), while Micro-nutrition is the key to health, longevity, and cell repair. Adding some Greens / Superfood powders into the mix goes a long way.

Alright you sold me to. Gonna check them out next time I'm at the store.
