What fat burners are you guys running ??

I ran some old MP CEC low
20mg ephedra
200 mg caffeine
25 mcg T-3

I ran it for about 4 weeks and had great results. I normlly just use diet and some cardio when I think im getting fat but the older I get the more the idea of fat burners has peaked my interest.

For past shows I have done clen,t3,injectable carnitine all the typical guru diet stuff, Just wondering what you all run on a daily basis if you do

Clen and T3 for me. I've tried DNP twice but it was just brutal. Maybe the winter months would be less harsh but it's a tough one. 10 days at 400mg and I had to throw in the towel.

That's why I do a week on and a week off 10 days is fuck This mark . don't see how guys go for a month. I use t3 all the way through the cut and DNP for a week then clen for a week back and forth . after a week on DNP I'm done with it and after a week on clen I need 150 mcg too feel anything so alternating back and forth is perfect for me

Dnp for me , I run it in cycle also to help clear adrogen receptors . 2 weeks here 2 weeks there at low dose .

Thanks for all the replies,when you guys are running these is it for a show or just to stay lean ? some of the protocals seem pretty aggressive
 
Mine are aggressive because I like too accomplish a lot very quick and move on . for prep I do the week on week off protocol

For off season I will bulk for a few months and when my abs start too fade and line bluer I can blast 10 days of dnp with a strict cutting diet and extra cardio and be shredded again . ready too get back on the gains train instead of dieting for 10 weeks that I could have been training for size

And the depletion and insulin sensitivity increase from it makes a hellava anabolic rebound

I am looking to try out clen and t3 as well. So cycling 2 weeks on 2 weeks off of clen sounds like a plan. How often to.rin the t3?
 
I love ephedrine. The "feel good" feeling I get from ephedrine is huge plus for myself...I get better results from clen, but I done get get same stimulated feeling

oxyelite from hi-tech is good, same as the original formula from a few years ago. Also doing dnp at 250mg per day. This dnp is tough to do, can't sleep without making a sweating pool all over and hot all the time.

Just finished my back half of a DNP run at 500/day....pretty brutal.
