Elevated bloods

Believe or not my high RBC kept me from getting a blood transfusion in 2014. My stomach tore & I was throwing up massive amounts of blood they said if my RBC would have been so high I would have needed blood. Not recommending that...donate!

Anyone have issues with elevated RBC or hemo? I been having issues trying to have regular blood draws and take herbs to thin blood . Wondering if anyone has any secret formula to lower the count ? Cuz I ain't quitting !! I guess huge health risk -

I have the same issue. My endo doc suggested I start donating and from the research I have done here it seems to be a consensus.

Ya know I brought my count down but I guess my kidneys and/or Bone Marrow are producing RBC at abnormally high rate so tests for that now

Sheesh now I get call from DR Yee, the hemotologist at Dana Farber -, I'm hoping they wrong as I still have not dropped the " I take roids bomb",like only my PCP knows whom I been with 25 years . My bone marrow signals my kidneys abnormal but AAS has same effect - actually a kidney hormone athletes take to increase RBC but anyway - they diagnosed me with polychemia Vera - which lossely defined is a treatable form of blood cancer NOT COOL . However there are meds , right now my counts aren't out of wack I continue to do blood draws, take naringin , blood circulation thinner formula ( garlic , salicin etc) plus with my ECA got aspirin. Like I don't feel sick , but usually the symptoms don't get you until you either stroke or collapse . Although one symptom is shortness of breathe and since I been tested and treated for undefined dyspnea ( unable to inhale deeply ) with advair , theophylline and Alberterol - I did focus my training on endurance and stamina - I still have no intention of stopping AAS right now but i wanted to use tren which I am so in touch with my body Trens negative effect on breathing was profound - I'm still going to try and use cadarine along with see if I can work with that .
