Thanks you drink straight comes in gallon and now single servings in 9 or 18 batch cases- Chocolate was better then Diary Queen SHake I shit you not, but they got vanilla, carmel, pumkin, peach about 20 Id love to hear what the other flavors taste like - But hey if you are dieing and prefer egg whites you cant beat it so tastey you look foreward to eating , sware to god, I just may order myself now

I use egg whites just as an added fast protien in my shakes with whole milk, but do eat my share of whole farm eggs /brown a few guys at my work have chickens
And readily available for a decent price.

I think alot under evaluate the yolk, and "unnecessary" throw away, I oy discard some, if on a strict tight diet, like
Prepping for a show,. And that had been a long while, and then Still use yolks. (Half the protien baby, and good fat at that, folks​ are misled by the diet gurus )

Nothing wrong with butter either..! In moderation.

I cant eat eggs. For some odd reason I cant get my head around it and I now eat for pleasure also after living way to long eating just to grow and choking shit down. No longer wishing to hit adonis below 10% type build. Content at 14-15% with some solid muscle. Always looking for ways to add different protein though besides my whey and the normal milk, meat, etc. this stuff sounds delicious!
