Gh will increase your metabolism if taken in the morning and keep it ramped all day. Depends the foods you are eating as well, lots of peppered foods will ramp it also. It really depends what you are trying to do on gh, over 10iu is completely muscle building and should be done in that muscle after the workout which works best. Now if you add slin to the gh, it's a whole new level of biggness!!! In a bulk I will take 10-15iu's at every workout, when I'm cutting I will drop down to 5-7iu in the morning only.

Do you have a carbs to iu ratio you use with your slin? Fast or slow prefered? Or do you mix?
 
I only use humalog, my biggest hit is 45min after my gh shot, I will mix 100g of karbolan and slam it down, after that I will drink egg whites usually 1/2 of a big carton. After an 1hr I will eat a meal. During the day I will bang 5iu at every meal just for a spike. I like karbolyn better than fast sugars cause I feel they just don't do the job, I will drink Gatorade during the day but never concentrate on simple sugars while on Slin, only if I have an issue.

Are you saying to pin HGH post workout in the muscle group that I just worked on? This is different info then I am aware of. Not saying you are wrong or I am wrong, but I was under the impression that it doesn't matter where you, whether IM in delta or subq in abdominal because HGH works systematically.

10iu for hyperplasia.....Pharma or generics? I've read that back in the early days of professional bodybuilding, HGH was very expensive because generics wasn't available yet. So the doses were much lower. I don't know that for certain because I don't believe everything I read but it does cause me to stop and question current protocols. I think it's difficult to say xx iu is minimal for hyperplasia since every one responds differently, are you referring to Pharma or generics?

Please don't think I am trying to cause you grief. I am simply trying to widen my knowledge about HGH because it is my fountain of youth. My hair is black and no longer salt and pepper color. It took about 6-7 months 2-3iu generic HGH.
 
I don't think your attacking me at all bro, it's a forum and that's how we grow discussion. I have been on gh for about 10yrs and that's everyday, no breaks. I can deff say Post workout in the muscle caused my muscle to take shape and to a new level, yes you are right in what your saying. I am just giving you another way to try and see what you think. I have heard people do gh right in the vein for maximum effect but that's to junkie for me. Is there a right way or wrong way to do gh, prb not but once you add slin it's all about timing. I use generic but I can say this, the guy I deal with is no joke and I would put his gh up against any pharm.
 
I either hit first thing or preworkout, no where near you guys level. It definatley is coming in for me an how to see some results over the next months! Thanks forminfo!

I couldn't ask for a better reply. I'd give you a like if I wasn't on phone. Your willingness to be opened minded tells me a lot about your character (in a positive way:)). I agree that there are at least 2 generics that can't go toe to toe with Pharma HGH in a boxing match, however the generic that I am referring to wikl not be defeated easily. Generic will hang until the later rounds which will get TKO'ed but not until almost the last round.

Yes, I've read about IV HGH, like you, I feel that isnt something I want to do. Proof that your protocol works is when you look in the mirror. As if now, I am satisfied with 3iu generic but not the one I was referring to above. 3 days on, 1 day off and repeat.

I've never tried Pharma HGH, but will one of these days when I prioritize my budget to focus on saving for Pharma.

And I completely agree with you that there is no right or wrong protocols as long as your not going too far against the norm such as pinning such as this protocol that I just made up:
1iu 1x a day, 2iu 2x a day, Off, Off and Repeat.


I do plan on adding slin to HGH and IGF-1 lr3, but I need to learn more and then start searching for availability.
