There are so many brands to choose from. Anyone have a preference? I need EAAs, not non-essential. A lot of the stuff I've seen has l-glutamine among other amino acids in it which aren't essential, rather annoying.

Also, John Meadows' { Mountain Dog }
Intra -MD is/was a good one, but I don't believe it's still
available...? I bought a bunch when it was popular, & the ones that are open, are clumping a bit but I still use em' to use em up, they're not terrible, bit clumping I think because of the Glycerol Monostearate. Which draws
water into the muscle cell.

Edit: / added. (don't know how/why I may have missed this. But my Favorite supp company, been using them for year's (many years ) and all their products are Pharmaceutical grade, most noteably this EAA product.

They discontinued it and severed ties with John. The factory was cutting corners and testing proved that the products didn’t contain what they advertised. We were all fucked over. I had a bunch of tubs. I provided receipts back to prime nutrition, as they were supposed to give refunds.... never got any responses. Whatever.

True nutrition has a version from John and he has his own company now - Granite supplements, I believe in conjunction with dr Scott Stevenson. The product is recovery factor for eaa with carbs, keto factor for eaa with bhb salts iirc and atamantium aminos which is the straight eaa product.

Humapro has always been my go to. Also bulk eaas from true nutrition.
