Going to keep an off season log here. Please follow along so I’m not just talking to myself lol.

Current gear is 600mg test c 400mg DHB and 300mg npp all US-Pharmacies

Training is progressive volume starting at 1 set and moving to 3 over a six week period with a deload on the 7th week

Diets about 3800 cals right now

Realized I was logging in the wrong forum

The strain isn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, any and all pressing is out but I was able to do front raises. so that leaves chest being the only thing getting skipped

I deload next week anyways which is pretty good timing for the shoulder and my tendons are starting to ache

Chest is doing much better but flared up a bit during hack squats so unless I’m 100% tomorrow, I’m skipping the chest part of chest and back.

Great leg day but kind of fizzled out half way through the workout it’s been a long week.

Tried a set of light cable chest flies, felt some weirdness in the pec so moved onto back.

I think pulling calories back has paid off well, ham lines are slowly coming back, waist has shrunk a bit since I’m down another belt notch, and my biceps are getting separated again
 
Rest day again.

Moved from 2 skipload meals to 3 today. Sounds better than it is cause I don’t know what to eat for the extra one lol

Still very happy with conditioning and look right now. Easily the leanest/heaviest I’ve ever been
 
Skiploads done. Never thought I’d say this but that was a ton of food.

Meal 1: pancakes, marshmallow fluff, chocolate sauce, syrup

Meal 2: frankenberry strawberry cereal, homemade bread, jam

Meal 3: some doughy ass pizza and 2 brownies.

I already know I’m going to be fucking starving tomorrow.
 
Deload this week. Much needed as pushing up to 3 sets a movement is above my recovery capacity and I’m beat up by the middle of week 2

Coach is happy with the mini cut, and thanks to @US-pharmacies my strength has been insane during it.

Piss poor night of sleep, low energy, and hungry as fuck today. Figured training was going to be bad but I progressed everything. Full stuck plus a 10 lbs plate on the arsenal pec deck today. Full stack plus 10 for prime flat press. First time maxing either out and I got 15 and 14 reps respectively
