D hooked me up with some DSIP and I have been using it in varied dose and trying to do my best to document my experience. First let me preface this with the fact that I have a really hard time sleeping so I take some pretty heavy sleep aids, 8 mg lorazapam and 20 mg ambien a night. So I am trying to pick out the benefits of DSIP not the effects of helping fall asleep for obvious reasons.
Day one 250mcg IM slept good but had a stomach bug that day and for the next few, so I wont go into the first three days.
The last two nights I have used 250 mcg along with 3 iu gh before bed and slept great I feel good and rested not groggy and ready to go. Muscle soreness is good and by that I mean it is less than expected with the volume of training I am currently hitting.
Moving the GH to nights this week while I use the DSIP is a calculated move trying to really capture what really good rest and repair looks and feels like. Diet is always on point so thats not really a factor.
Planning on using the 250mcg mark all week will update throughout the week
