Doggcrapp Training.pdf

Thank you brother. There's a ton of good and interesting info.
Dante Trudel is an awesome no nonsense guy.
I've taken a lot of things from dc training and added it to my arsenal. Especially beating the log book and the stretching.
I get pretty ocd about trying to beat the previous work outs sets asnd reps.

I love this forum. So much great info. and everybody is always willing to help instead of criticize and talk down to.
All of you guys here are amazing. Nothing but love for all the brothers here.

I've switched to duckduckgo as well. Not only is it not tracked, Google has become very limited with information from searches because of political leanings.

Cycles for pennies was the first thing I read from Dante. I took a ton from it. There's some really good information in there especially for smaller guys trying to put on weight but are stuck on eating "clean" afraid to lose their abs.

His cycle info is pretty decent as far as using the basics and not needing all these crazy exotic drugs and cycles you see plastered in a lot of forums.
Glad I read that before I ever did my first cycle.

Doggcrapp is probably my favorite style of training. I do a modified version myself but when I was 100% healthy I was at my biggest and strongest on this program
