Do steroids strengthen tendons?

I’m on a drug for Pneumonia that weakens and damages tendons.
Do steroids help strengthen tendons?

Test & a few others, especially in higher doses, and/ or duration I would think too...! Cause weakening of the tendons & ligaments.

"Some"..., like VAR & Primo, Deca assist or help with
"Collegan" synthesis, which is what we want.

Don't want to be opened up.down the road for some procedure, or fix up in your 50's. 60's & told your hip, ankle
knee etc. has turned to sawdust.

We should "strive" to promote collegan Synthesis the best we can , or at least be aware of it & some of the options & implications, ( Bone , tendon & cartilage brittling).

Cissus is supposed to also be of use I guess.
But from a drug standpoint , those that are abusive with doses, and duration ( long blasts, high mg amts ) but I don't know what the threshold is, or how severely from one individual to the next it could be, nor do I know "all"
the compounds and their "respective" place in good or bad. It just interests me, so I know what to expect, and the awareness of having other options that promote collegan
synth. VAR, Deca, NPP , quite a few
 
Var helps a lot for sure... Funny thing, i have a completely reconstructed left knee and after this last var/primo cycle, im almost a month AFTER my pct and my joints feel great still.

I was also having issues with my shoulders before that are gone now.

Test and most highly androgenic bad...
But all corect in ones mentioned.
I used certain anti-biotics that are hard on them. And prednisone. I go light high reps and stretch more work for pump and fatigue instead of full heavy failure until u done and recover.

Hgh and igf have helped my tendons and something with Rad140 sarm helped mine big time. I used yk11 and tore my shoulder and bicep connection area bad before

Var and primo help slowly but realize that putting a load needs to stop now and then.

I stopped working out hard or heavy 2 weeks went in did lighter weight nonstop supersets 20-25 minutes only and feel much better now. That break off heavy did wonders for current issues hurting me

Buddy of mine who was a Mr. ( Enter State here ) @ one time, always said he won't train hard ( much less train at all I suppose ) without it, says he gets hurt , or has nagging injury thereafter... It is a good compound.

I really need to give my upper body a break. 2 weeks wouald be awesome. If my gym addiction wouald let me. Maybe if I only worked legs with weights, abs, pushups, and cardio. I couald give my shoulder a chance to heal.

For shoulder I only used loaded incline plate machine thing.
U know u sit it's incline has place to load plates per side. I did that only for chest 14 weeks. Pushups hurt.
No side raises or anything that hurt shoulder!!
Bicep curls the weight pulling down hurt it too so I did preacher curls and it didn't bother.
For me those adjustments helped it heal while I still did high reps at lower weight in those muscles to stimulate those muscles!!
Now mine was so bad I couldn't do 135 on flat bench without agony.....

I did sit in fly machine with little weight and put in position to stretch and used shoulder stretch bands at home. Also Dr scholls massager I would lay on it and move into areas where pain was. I would find where it hurt with fingers by pushing inward where it was agony and I would work that area outward. Moving deposits in tissue fibers clear then out eventually!!

Look into Gaston technique at Chiropractor and sports med places!!! And yes give them a break. Other ways u can hit muscle and cause enough stimulation!!

There have been times deca made it worse by causing fluid edema in joint of inflammation

I'm not a believer in the cissus. I took a couple of tubs of it after I broke my back. At the time of the injury the doctor said I should have been healed by 12 weeks. It was almost 25 weeks before it healed enough that they cleared me for physical therapy. I healed so slowly that I began to suspect that the cissus was slowing me down. I've had several broken bones over the years and they always healed faster than average.

I’m not a big believer either. I bought some random Chinese formula too. Probably completely a waste.
GH I believe in if I’m willing to shell out the obnoxious amount of cash (300 a month or more).
VAR is really the one I’m hopeful will live up to the hype.

Below is 100% NP Science which is a step above broscience.

I didn't read others post above but I say Negative. AAS doesn't directly strengthens tendons because tendon's aren't anabolicable. However, your tendons will strengthen over time as long as you life safely...so no 1 RM after 30 days on 1st cycle.


I look at this like "Does AAS strengthens your callus?" OR even better, "Does adding as much PEDs as money can buy achieve your goals?" No, to both, but used correctly and YES to both.
