All fat. I actually started back on a keto diet about a month before that and had lost an initial 20 pounds which was probably half water. DNP actually makes you retain water because your arteries/veins dilate to try and cool you down so your body retains water to try and keep blood volume up. I lost about 20 while on and then another couple after stopping. I feel eating Keto kept the sides to a minimum and kept water gain to a minimum.

I still have more to lose but wanted to take a break and gain some strength back before I go again. I went from about 26% to about 19% based on a Tanita scale, so take it for what its worth.

That's good bro and yeah don't stay on for more than a month and at that time frame 2 caps tops I like 3 or 4 for a week at a time being flat weak and hot as fuck is shitty . so I do short runs but 30 days is tops without a break glad you had succsess

Totally agree. I only did 3 a day for about 5 days. that was enough for me. lol
 
Fuck yeah. LOL Had to keep the house at 69 during the day (I work at home) and 67 during the night with a fan on high with no covers and naked to stay cool. Thing is though, night sweats were waaaay worse on 100mg/day of Tren Ace. Might have been because I was eating high carb on the tren and am eating keto now. Weird thing is, until I went to 3 a day, I never really felt all that exhausted. I lowered my weight in the gym, but upped my sets and reps.
 
This shit from GJ is melting the fat off my ass lol so much so that the guys I work with (20 days on, 10 days off) mentioned I gained weight from days off lol I went to Colorado and drank and ungodly amount of great beer, came home and ate like complete shit...well now that I've lost about 13 pounds in 15/16 days they are all asking wtf I'm doing haha. I'm taking 2 a day, split dose. I have to keep the mancamp trailer on 63 and I still wake up soaked and my pillow and sheet is drenched, I wear a tank top at work whenever I can, and I still sweat when it gets down below 50 outside. Been eating 90% clean on keto (steak/ground beef and eggs) and drink a a couple gallons of water a day and maybe a Diet Coke every couple days.

Contemplating going to 3 a day since I've only got about 18 pills left and I go home May 2nd
