At 250 sides will be very minimul but you may want two weeks at that dose and diet will need too be strict . however at your age I would shy away from higher doses 250 is nothing and very safe. And if your mainting a diet that will yield a lb a week fat loss you should loose 3 or 4 instead adding that. But if its for a PL meet make sure DNP is out of your system for a full week before hand . or your strength and performance will suffer greatly

Cool just make sure you have plenty of off time before your meet it drains you bad if its in your system then your lifts will be shitty

going to try my first cycle of DNP tomorrow. Starting with 250mg and going to use it for a week, to see how it works. I'm 60 years old and got some fat to lose to drop a weight class for powerlifting.

Dang, I'm interested to hear about this. No way in hell I'd ever touch the stuff just because all the sides and I don't like ingesting pesticides for fat loss. It is poison after all.

At one cap a day you start too notice minor sides arou d 4 or 5 days it never really gets bad . I am really tolerant to it 1 does nothing too me at all . that's not bad though just because your not suffering doesn't mean its not working at one cap if your diet is on point too loose 2 lbs a week you will loose 5 or 6 instead

I'm 5',8" 250lbs. I'm a powerlifter not bodybuilder but I love training. I'd like to get back to about 230 or 235. I'm using 250mg per day and will be on for about 14 days. I will keep the dose at 250 for the whole time. I'm also 59 years old.

There is always that one douschbag that will take 4 a day for a week and say this isn't so bad let me try 6 and off too the ER we go too get a ice pack up your ass
