Just curious remember someone mentioning the idea . anybody with experience using injectable ATP and it having any benefit pre workout . chime in with your experience would be helpful .want too experiment with it and if it has benefit as a way of training hard and intense while cutting with DNP I will consider adding it .

Have not used ATP but I have used AMP which is a precursor to ATP. Yes it should work very well with recuperation between sets and your overall energy levels. I do recall reading that DNP slows ATP synthesis but as I recall, this why fats are also broken down much quicker to replinish ATP. Give it a try and see if it helps. The lack of ATP is also why you end up having lethargy using DNP. If you give this a try please report back on how it works.

This was my exact thought as a pre workout it. Fat loss will be very significant the rest of the day and I see still being able too put in significant work during training more important .That's one of the biggest reasons I do higher doses very short runs because my training suffers greatly . I think lower dose longer runs of a month . would be effective if training and muscle growth didn't suffer . I've been experiment with branch cyclic dextrin and insulin pre workout . the lethargy is still there but I'm not flat and able too get a good pump but still not Able too push like I need too.

A disclaimer on that pre workout insulin is extremely dangerous on DNP as you are completely depleted of glycogen and risk of hypoglycemia is tripled if you do not have a ton of experience with insulin use DO NOT TRY THIS!!

I am very familiar with my bodies reaction too low blood sugar and keep glucose tabs in my gym bag and my water jug is full of branch cyclic dextrin

Yes, it seems to me that shorter cycles are much better. I have tried it both ways, high or low dose this stuff is not a whole lot of fun. Also with the insulin, since DNP lowers ATP, it also blocks insulin production, pre-workout insulin is a great idea. It will still do it's job transporting aminos to the muscle cell and helping get that nice pump. I use insulin pre-workout normally at 10iu. So as long as you use 5-10g of carbs/iu you will be fine. I usually put 80-100g of dextrose in my workout beveral ge and never had a problem, evne using DNP. I am sure you already know this too but T3 is good at this time too because DNP inhibits t4 from converting to t3. So adding t3 will help kick start thyroid when you stop the DNP.

Anyway, let us know how the ATP experiment goes. They have a good deal on it over at RacehorseMeds.

I believe that was me who brought it up a while back. I would LOVE to find something that would actually combat DNP lethargy.....it would be the holy grail

I've used/use racehorsemeds Bio-power which has ATP in it and have found it to give me a little bit of energy. Its only 1mg ATP per ml though
