Good morning HCU!
Just curious if anyone has any experience with this, and how has the arm/triceps progressed?
I ruptured mine years ago and did not have surgery and now that arm looks weak, smaller, deformed and during certain DB exercises it becomes unstable, and full extension is awkward.

Is there anything I can do to give it more of that fuller, and stronger look? What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance

2006 I drove over giant pot hole my arm went through the steering wheel upon landing lol. For weeks I walked around thinking I was fine one day someone says “ you ever gonna do something about the black n blue tree trunk?? I guess my whole back of arm was black . My triceps shredded and rolled up to my shoulder . I had surgery they had to mend each fiber then stretch triceps back down to elbow used screws and heavy thread to anchor it in my radius . I’ve never been able to fill it - but little gap on bottom but yet I do variety of moves to hit from many angles as I can . Funny my bones are so hard probably from post spine surgery I used 5000 mg vitamin C and mixed calcium 10000 mg ( jarrow bone up ) the doc broke a drill in the length of my radius bone and still there . He says my bones hardest he ever seen , whatever you eat keep eating lol . My case extreme but you may be different as we all are . Reverse dips I know hit the lower area, I use ropes and move and angle them outward as I lower / push to add intensity. People say only I can notice but you know us bodybuilders we are always hard on ourselves. Just carry on ! Never give up
